EP Studio Creative ships from the USA, so your order may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties when it arrives. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

NEW EU LAWS: Due to new laws within the EU around shipping, any orders to the EU are currently paused while we get everything organized on our end, excluding Moss & Moon.

How do I cancel Moss & Moon?

Log into your account on the EP Studio Creative website and go to My Subscriptions.

Find your Moss & Moon subscription and select Cancel Subscription.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
