There is something about the beginning of spring that makes the whole world feel possible again. In Blossoms & Beginnings, a young calf (affectionately named Molly) rests among wildflowers while butterflies drift through the morning air. The sun is only beginning to rise behind her, casting that warm, golden light that makes even an ordinary morning feel magical. 
 
To me, this painting is about the softness of starting over. It holds the innocence of new life, the relief of warmer days to come and the reminder that growth does not need to be rushed.
