Kevin does not appear to be in a hurry, and I respect that about him. Surrounded by daisies beneath a warm sunset, this shaggy Highland cow looks perfectly content to exist exactly where he is. There is nothing dramatic happening here. No quest, no danger, no grand transformation. Just Kevin, some flowers, and the end of another day. That simplicity (and goofiness) is what makes me love this piece. Kevin is a small reminder that life does not always have to be productive or meaningful to be good. Sometimes it is enough to stand in the sunshine, let your hair do whatever it wants, and enjoy the flowers.
