Through Little Eyes began with a handprint my daughter left against the window on a cool, rainy spring morning. It was such a small, ordinary thing, but looking at it made me think about how differently children experience the world. 
 
Rain is not an inconvenience. A window is not simply glass. Every drop, color, reflection, and flower becomes something worth stopping to examine. I painted her hand against the rain-covered window as a way of holding onto that perspective. This piece is about childhood wonder, but it is also a reminder for the rest of us: the world is still full of magic when we remember how to look for it.
 
About the Print
 
This is a fine art reproduction of my original painting, “Through Little Eyes”. Each print is produced in my home studio. The paper’s linen texture gives the print a tactile, canvas like appearance while preserving the color and detail of the original artwork.
